Leadership Team

David Chernitzky
David brings 20 years of experience and dedication to Armour Cybersecurity. He served as an officer in the elite technology unit of the Israeli Defense Forces intelligence corps for 12 years, with a deep focus on cybersecurity. He has also held subsequent leadership and operational roles in Canada, Europe, and around the globe at companies like Amdocs and NCR.
David’s passion and no-nonsense approach has helped him earn his clients’ respect, a black belt in Okinawan Goju-Ryu karate, and countless extra miles on his road bike.

Gilad Perry
Gilad is a forward-thinking executive with 20 years of experience in enterprise-wide information technology. He brings a background of consulting, delivery, and sales, which he used to build skilled services organizations and deliver complex, multi-million-dollar projects at companies like KPMG and Amdocs — including managing large-scale Canadian cybersecurity initiatives.
Gilad is always happiest with a paddle, bow, or power tool in hand. And he likes to do the heavy lifting— at CrossFit and for his clients.

Birthe Holm
Birthe brings more than 30 years of experience in the service industry, from banking and telecommunications to business development and consulting. She is an accomplished, growth-focused leader with a track record of success in consulting technology initiatives focused on enhanced customer experiences, sustainability, and program effectiveness.

She has worked on diverse projects in North and Latin America, Europe and Asia. Her strong understanding of the business and her experience leading complex programs allow her to become the client's trusted advisor. During the last 12 months, Birthe became a cybersecurity professional and achieved impressive results in growing our business in the LATAM region.
Advisory Board

Amit Meltzer
Amit Meltzer is a technology strategist and evangelist, providing consulting services to investors, hi-tech companies, enterprises and government offices.
Mr. Meltzer consults VCs and investment groups in the fields on cybersecurity open source intelligence, information analytics, and other technology areas. He consults utilities, banks and transportation corporations on cyber defense, as well as technology and start-up companies on developing products and solutions (IAI-Elta, Elbit, Cyberbit, AGT, UST Global, Iberdrola and others).
Mr. Meltzer sits on half a dozen advisory boards of companies in the cybersecurity and intelligence sector. He consults additional corporations on cyber resiliency and defense strategies, conducts risk surveys and oversaw several designs of architectures for corporate and national level cyber defense centers in Israel, the U.S. and Singapore.
Mr. Meltzer served for a long time in the intelligence community of the government of Israel.

Haim Kantor
Haim brings over 20 of years of extensive experience leading sales organizations and providing them with the support tools and lead generation capabilities necessary to make them successful.
Throughout his career, Haim has shown a keen eye for imminent market needs, moving to meet them quickly with innovative, early-stage offerings – and then expanding them to satisfy broader ranges of sector business needs. He understands complex technology issues, translates them into simple market messages on the sales side, and guides clients through systems transformations that align their technology investments with their business objectives and market needs.
Haim has held senior leadership roles for companies such as Comverse, Amdocs, Excelacom and NetCracker.

Dan Friedman
Dan Friedman brings 20 years of extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity and privacy. Dan holds Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) and Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) credentials and as a member of the IEEE Standards Association, High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) and former member of NIST Cyber Security Working Group of the Smart Grid Interoperability Panel (SGIP-CSWG), Privacy and Security Architecture Subgroups,
Mr. Friedman is responsible for overseeing compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity laws throughout the Americas and Europe and also data protection matters across a range of industries and entities. He is also a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) where he served on its Canadian Advisory Board and Certification Advisory Board.

Michael Taylor
With more than 30 years of experience in management and operational consulting, he has proceeded to work with some of the top Fortune 100 companies for most of his career. His career-long record of developing constructive relationships and negotiating complex agreements has enabled him to develop long-term loyal customers among Canada's and the world's leading companies.
His specialties include strategy creation, business development, relationship management, operational consulting, data analysis, team leadership and motivation. He also has considerable experience in forecasting, profit & loss and margin improvement.
Michael has recently enjoyed being a Program Director at the Schulich Executive Education Centre (SEEC) in Sales Leadership where his mandate is to deliver exceptional higher value sales leadership training to enable greatness through leadership, strategy and performance management.
Currently, Michael is the Vice President, Corporate Development for Welch Capital Partners which is a North American Boutique Investment Bank headquartered in Ottawa.
